Abstract

Indonesia: Komposisi “Proto Evangelium” (Kejadian 3:15) Untuk Piano Trio merupakan sebuah karya musik program yang terinspirasi dari Kitab Kejadian 3:15. Komposisi ini merupakan penggambaran tentang seluruh rangkaian peristiwa yang terjadi di Taman Eden yang dibawakan dengan format piano trio (piano, violin, dan cello). Komposisi ini memiliki tiga movement yang setiap movementnya memiliki bentuknya masing-masing. Komposisi ini bergaya musik pseudo romantik yang mengedepankan penggunaan dinamika dan tempo dalam penggambaran ceritanya. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh sebuah fenomena mengenai maraknya hubungan antar personal manusia yang rusak diakibatkan oleh dosa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan melewati studi pustaka, studi reportoar , dan observasi. Komposisi ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan membawa musik program lebih maju lagi ke dalam lingkup musik gereja di zaman sekarang. Inggris: The composition "Proto Evangelium" (Genesis 3:15) For Piano Trio is a program music piece inspired by the Book of Genesis 3:15. This composition is a depiction of the entire series of events that occurred in the Garden of Eden performed in piano trio format (piano, violin, and cello). The composition has three movements, each of which has its own form. The composition has a pseudo-romantic musical style that emphasizes the use of dynamics and tempo in depicting the story. This research is motivated by a phenomenon regarding the prevalence of human interpersonal relationships that are damaged by sin. This research uses qualitative research methods through literature study, report study, and observation. This composition aims to introduce and bring program music further into the scope of church music today.
