Abstract
ABSTRAKSI Seperti yang kita ketahui bersama bahwa Covid-19 yang terjadi sejak akhir Feb 2020 yang lalu, menyebabkan masalah yang sangat besar di dalam sektor kesehatan. Pemerintah dalam menekan angka penyebaran Covid-19 melakukan kebijakan Pemberlakukan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM). Pada dasarnya kebijakan PPKM ini cukup efektif utk menangani masalah di sektor kesehatan, namun PPKM menimbulkan masalah yang besar di dalam sektor ekonomi. Kebijakan PPKM yang dilakukan ini membuat banyak pelaku usaha tidak dapat membuka usahanya atau dibatasi di dalam pergerakannya, sehingga pelaku usaha akhirnya mengalami penurunan usaha yang sangat besar. Banyak pelaku usaha akhirnya harus menutup usaha, karena tidak mampu lagi untuk bertahan. Keadaan ini ternyata juga dialami oleh jemaat Internasional Full Gospel Fellowship (IFGF) Jawa Barat. Gembala dan tim Pastoral merupakan pemimpin Gereja yang dipilih oleh Allah sesuai dengan rencanaNya untuk memimpin umatNya untuk mencapai tujuanNya. Gereja tidak dipanggil hanya untuk memelihara pertumbuhan kehidupan rohani para anggota jemaatnya, namun gereja juga mempunyai tugas pelayanan-pelayanan yang lain untuk menjadi berkat buat para jemaatnya. Didalam tesis ini akan diteliti bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan Kristen terhadap keberlanjutan usaha dalam masa pandemi Covid-19 di jemaat International Full Gospel Fellowship Jawa Barat.
